I’m a former Division 1 athlete, National Champion and Olympian who has been there in the highs and lows. I'm someone who understands the journey, the grind, the transitions and the emotional toll it can take.
Somatics brings what’s often missing in elite sport: heart-led awareness, body attunement, and a compassionate connection to self. This is the work that creates sustainable excellence—where performance is not achieved at the cost of your health, identity, or joy.

Tools we will utilize in our sessions
Somatics
Learn to be present with big emotions or sensations and train your nervous system to rise—not react—under pressure.
Bio-psycho-social spiritual model
A space to be you, away from your sports staff. Not just an athlete but a whole human with a mind, body, relationships and spirit involved.
New Movements
Awaken unused neural pathways, build adaptability, prevent overuse injuries, and enhance body awareness.
Mental Tools
Visualization, Affirmations, imagination, meditation, journaling reflections, sharing of new information (i.e working with your mentrual cycle or nervous system structure)
Anchors
We use anchors as simple, repeatable cues—like breath, touch, or awareness—that help bring us back to safety and presence.
Breath work
Breath and sound are your built-in power tools—helping you reset, recharge, and feel grounded using nothing but your lungs and your voice.
